Product Description
HA-100 is a liquid antioxidant. It has excellent anti-scorching performance in flexible polyurethane foam. It features low dosage, high cost-effectiveness, safety, and environmental friendliness. It prevents scorching in flexible polyurethane foam under high-temperature summer conditions and in high-flame-retardant, low-density formulations. It can be used alone in polyethers to improve high-temperature resistance and aging resistance, or combined with other light stabilizers to enhance color change resistance. It can also decompose some aldehyde substances generated in polyethers, extending the service life of the product.
Product Application
Mainly used in PU flexible foam products, especially suitable for solving scorching problems easily occurring in low-density sponges. This product has particularly good compatibility with polyethers, thoroughly solving issues such as poor compatibility, limited solubility, easy precipitation, easy settling, and easy crystallization of powdered antioxidants in liquid stabilizers.
Application Suggestions
The actual dosage should be determined by the user based on experiments. A general recommended dosage of 0.3～1.0% is sufficient to meet customer requirements for anti-scorching performance.

Storage Precautions
It is recommended to keep this product tightly sealed and use it as soon as possible after opening.
